Xiong Deng received the Ph.D. degree in optical wireless communications from the Eindhoven University of Technology, Eindhoven, The Netherlands, in 2018. In 2013, he was a Researcher with the Terahertz Science and Technology Research Center, China Academy of Engineering Physics, where he was involved in the integrated terahertz communication and imaging system. He was a Guest Researcher with Signify (Philips Lighting) Research, where he was involved in light fidelity.
